  • What made you start writing?
    2020, living with an autoimmune disease, and taking care of husband with Stage 4 Parkinsons. I was becoming clinically depressed. I sought help and my counselor suggested writing.
  • Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
    • Anatomy of an Alien – A unique blend of paranormal theory and medical history exploring the concept of Star Seed People and medical mysteries.
  • How do you create your characters?
    I am a non-fiction writer. My characters are real people.
  • What does your typical writing day look like?
    1 pm - 4 pm Marketing and re-editing my works in progress. Time spent setting up my podcasts and updating my website. I also write notes as ideas come to me for future books.
  • What has been the most rewarding part of being an indie author?
    Being told how much readers liked my book. Validating my life experiences. Helping others do the same.
  • What’s one challenge you’ve faced in your writing journey?
    Time management

  • What advice would you give to new or aspiring indie authors?
    Write what you know and be honest.

    I am pursuing a speaking career to bring more light on the ongoing abuse of women and other marginalized people.
